24/7 SK3 while being fun for about 2 hours would quickly get boring. You all fael. Grow a pair and pick some more maps.

nah but seriously is fun… tf2 isn’t like the same games I’m used to playing (CoD Series) and one of the things that I don’t like about it is that it doesn’t seem to rely on precision shots.. that is headshots unless you are a sniper.
of course css has a bunch of what appear to be random headshots.. (and some really completely random ones too) but most of the headshots follow what gun you use and how you use it.
I also think there should be some class limiting…. if everyone on the team is a spy it’s gonna be hard… should force random people to be medics or something
and attacking teams get locked into their spawn where defending teams can set up sentry guns and heavys with uber charge outside waiting on the gates to open.. – this is horrible

I have zero issues with lag at the end/beginning of rounds. I register a 15-25 ping for the most part and that holds pretty much stable the entire time I’m on.

I have to agree 100%. I got there at around 1:00 and ITS was already there working on the switch issues. I know on a few network cables they even checked them for me when people weren’t getting a link and told me which end had a problem so it could be re-made.
Tack that onto the fact that they were willing and did give out a *ton* of static IP addresses for the folks on Windows Vista so that they could get online and I’d have to say that ITS went far above and beyond their call of duty in helping get this LAN going in the right direction.
The power issue was a problem, but it seemed to be fixed by 1:30 or so, and then people started playing and having fun. Being as the LAN didn’t officially start until 2:00 then I’d say that things went more or less on schedule.
So for whatever its worth:
ITS, thank you for everything you did. It was greatly appreciated.
The p90 was lowered insofar as point modifier is concerned. Its a fun gun. It’s accurate close-quarters but sucks for distance. Learn to dodge
Every splitter between your modem and the road drops the signal by 3.5db. So removing one will help.
Remove as many as you can. I split the line coming into the house, one goes to the modem, the other side goes to all of my tv’s. I run a kick-*edited* connection ever since doing that.
