Not the whole state, just an ISP in the state.
It was a 60 minute ban on IRC and was full of roffle.I made some changes to the GG config last night in the hopes of helping this problem. Is it still ongoing?
I agree. Anyone who wants to play popularity contests by asking their buddies to go vote for them needs to be removed from the poll.
This is about who we feel, based on the applications submitted, will be best able to run this server. As Major can attest, this isn’t an easy job, especially coming from the online community instead of the school. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication, and you can easily sink instead of swim.
And on another note, this server will not be turned into a Clan server. We’ve had that done in the past by a CL and it killed the CSS server.

Its easily done to add it in that if an admin isn’t on then the commands are unavailable.
The last two could be useful for hackers who come on when nobody is on as well.
It’s easy as hell to spoof the rates to make your ping show up as 5, 10, 1, 0, or negative numbers.
Rate enforcement is running btw.
Renton, the public voted the map rotation in. Again, see my other thread about you being here and not being here and whatnot. When things are up for public vote again on the rotation, then feel free to offer your input. As it is, the rotation works, people like it, and so it will stay.
Believe it or not, we do monitor what maps fill the server and cause it to pop and which don’t. kthxbai.
Renton, kindly stop being an argumentative prick and back off. You have been away for months and the minute you return you start whining non-stop. If you -do not- stop whining so much I’ll help you go away again and it won’t be temporary.
As of today, nobody has sent in an application.
If no applications are received by the deadline, the CS 1.6 server will be shut down. Per the constitution, a CL is required for each game that is ran on all WCU Gaming Servers.
The deadline for submitting applications is February 6, 2009.
Notes: You may not nominate people.
People may only apply to be the CL by sending in a formal application.
Everyone with valid accounts have been setup in their respective titles / security groups. If you don’t have an account or just made one, please shoot me a PM and we’ll get you sorted out.
The CSS slots will not be increased at all. We’ve been there. We’ve done that. You are banned from WCU Servers so it shouldn’t even concern you.
I’m not saying its not a bug. It apparently is. I’ve had other reports as well. I’ll take a look and see if I can see whats going on.

That’s not true. I whenever i decide to awp, I always just hit buy, g and i get an awp 90% of the time. I don’t know when the awp became the “end-all” weapon but that is absolutely why its been restricted.
