well right now it’s 1/2 working… it’s running in wine, but it’s processing so much debugging output that it’s getting around 10fps or so. I’m gonna tweak it probably tomorrow and try to see, it’s been known to work quite well in the past.

This is me, at least the way I’ll prolly look till spring comes around…. The hair’s all been lopped off if you missed that this fall, then I don’t think I got that cut since then, and I don’t think I’ve shaved for a month and a half… but with it as cold as it is, I’m perfectly content
honestly, any time friday – monday if you say you’ll be there i’ll show up, weekends are depressingly boring without you people pwning me
only 2 things i wanna be picky about, speaking of meetings… if we do it on a tues, can we meet after 10 ( i gotst to work )… or if it’s a thurs, after 7:30 ( i gotst class )… any other time works really well too

I’ve 19 hours myself, but I still jump in when I have everything else done… it’s my grip on sanity
Still, the numbers have been very minimal… I normally get madly bored when even dust2 can only draw about 7 players at peak times…
However, I’d be glad to populate this *edited* the same way I tried pop’ing the dod:s and ut2k4 servers, if nothing else let’s name a time… I’m diggin mondays and fridays, uh, anytime. I’m bored off my *edited* because almost all my classes are on TuTh… only one class M, 1 class + 1 lab W, one class F, obviously nothing SaSu
I am one on the list of those that did not (at least not yet) transfer away from WCU on account of the gaming club. Granted I was already in it, but I want to say that for the record. I have very strongly considered transferring or even leaving higher education completely this past semester in light of several events that occurred last semester. Granted that option is still on the table, but my attendance this semester is 95% attributable to the club.
Next thing I want to say is this: yes, financial independence is a respectable goal. However, I myself chose to stay at WCU when I changed majors from Science Education to Electrical Engineering largely because of the low cost of attendance, one of the key reasons being that I have fairly limited financial resources at my disposal. I am truly greatful for the low cost of attending the club events that we have been able to maintain, because otherwise I would have had no choice but to sit them out, which would have severely reduced my college experience.
I must say, if the club is going to get this demanding… I’d be surprised if I’m around for much more than the LAN’s anymore. I swear something’s changed round here.
just for the fun of beating the beehive with a stick, note that I specified “windows pc”. Now, pc’s that stray from windows…
i have a few from this most recent lan (I’m looking at them), and somewhere in theory i have some from the lans before
also, too, if we consider the facebook events listing… i hear this steam community has something like that…

it would appear that at least for the time being irc://gigenet.il.us.gamesurge.net:6668 is down. to correct this, go into the settings above where you typed in gigenet.il.us.gamesurge.net/6668 and change that to gameservers.nj.us.gamesurge.net/6668 (a new server in the gamesurge network).
