WHEREAS: The current section in the WCU-SGA Finance Bylaws reads:
“Article III: Part II Clubs & Organization Authority (30%)
Section 802.8
Each club that receives SGA funding for the fiscal year must have a member who will act as their primary liaison to the SGA Office. That individual assumes the responsibility for the financial affairs of their club\organization. Two student representatives and an advisor will have their signatures authorized at the beginning of the year and thus the Club?s account is activated. Club\Student Organizations must attend SGA General Body meetings. Missing more than 1 SGA meeting per semester will affect the Clubs\Student Organizations eligibility to receive supplemental funding.”
WHEREAS: Attendance at General Body Meeting is extremely low.
WHEREAS: The current language is too vague and does not set a clear consequence for missing meetings.
THEREFORE LET IT BE ENACTED: That the Financial Bylaws be amended to read the following:
“Article III: Part II Clubs & Organization Authority (30%)
Section 802.8
Each club that receives SGA funding for the fiscal year must have a member who will act as their primary liaison to the SGA Office. That individual assumes the responsibility for the financial affairs of their club\organization. Two student representatives and an advisor will have their signatures authorized at the beginning of the year and thus the Club?s account is activated. Missing more than 2 SGA General Body meetings per semester will prevent the Clubs\Student Organizations from receiving supplemental funding for the remainder of that semester.”

after pubbing 3 maps just now (meant to do more but was otherwise occupied…) i’m digging on some losttemple as well. t’s could plant anywhere they put their mind to as my team proved, and i never got teamswapped but i feel ct’s have an equal chance coz we def. had to mow through >8 of them each time to pull off a plant
i just go hide on a rock on top, but don’t recommend it for rocket use… only for high-speed ammunition

there’s going to be scoutzknivez and dust2 if there’s no overwhelming objections. I would also like to see office in a low population round. the others I’m going to try to decide with some heavy pub action, with the last obviously being the winners’ pick.
20 minute maps sounds good, same as the pubs, if no objections
same damage modifiers as are currently in use.
first round is a no-fail warmup and one to make sure everyone gets in.
teams decided by autoassign (as fair as I could possibly make it)
top 50% +1 from winning team move on, top 50% -1 from losing team move on
single elim (double would take all morning at the rate some LAN’s have gone)
final match will be 1v1 for 5 rounds then teamswapped for another 5 rounds
hacks if found will be dq’d and replaced with the next high score from previous round (shouldn’t be an issue)
Kuros will decide prize count.
