I think we should just forget about this issue for the next two weeks or so. That way we can concentrate on making the LAN work. The controversy can wait. If nothing else, we can cool down a while.

I’d say the flier covers pretty much everything we were aiming for. Good job!

Edit: Oh, it needs a date on it. Still nice, though.

I imagine some of you think of me as a traitor because I’m siding with the alumni on this one (honestly, it surprises me too), but understand: I don’t have allegiance towards any one group or person in the club, just the club itself. I see something very sinister going on, like we are trying to betray the people who helped make this club great. That’s someting I don’t want to see happen.

Efrum you really need to quit stiring things up you obviously didnt hear the whole thing and what your claiming makes no sense because of lack of motive…I thought we were friends as well… wow the way you guys treat me makes me sick…I love how i always get the large end of the flaming when i didnt even start this…Just because i agree im am automatically the leader apparently and I have to defend everyone…thanks for that

    1. How could those quotes be taken out of context?

    2. When did I call you the ringleader of this mess?

    3. How are we friends? You can’t even spell my name?

Mitch what is this grudge you speak of. I thought we were friends wtf…and your so called informant has completely misunderstood the situation due to only hearing half of the conversation…and why do you think this is all my idea…i just got sucked into this whole thing, this is not my doing nor is it mike’s…I of all people know what you guys do and you can still do it but it has to be done through an actual student exec. Its only right. I will send you a message why this was brought to our attention and why this is being considered.

“I’ve been saying we should get rid of them from the beginning.”

“Mike, we seriously need to take away his access. Seriously.”

“Don’t worry, Ephraim. We’ll take away all of their access. That way, it’ll be fair.”

    This is horrible.

First off, MasterP did not abuse his powers, as he got permission from the Webmaster to ban those three accounts. They were troll accounts created to harass members, primarily MasterP. If anyone had the justification to ban them, it was Kip. But, that isn’t really what this is about. This is just an extremely petty way of punishing Kip (and by extension, all alumni) for having opinions contrary to the current circle of execs. I am also very uncomfortable with the amount of influence Josh had over this nonsence, as I believe he is being motivated by a half-decade old grudge against the alumni. If administrative access is taken away from the alumni, it will be a great shame on this club.

I think it would be good to clarify the Double Dash rules a bit. In each race, the winner gets four points, runner up three, 3rd place 2. last place 1. The racers with the highest total scores will move on.

Well, considering I’m a senior, not on campus, and an actual club member.. not an alumni, I’ll continue to post as I see fit. Oh, and if you think reporting people to WCU from here will stop ANYTHING? You are sorely mistaken, any good troll would post them from a public access instead of their room. Tis just good business. Why not let the club president post something. Kaz is respected.

This coming from the guy who told me Soul Calibur IV would be a bad game to replace Mario Kart Wii because Mario Kart Wii had better sells.

For the record: I’m pretty sure Mario Kart Wii was replaced with Guitar Hero. SoulCalibur IV was going to be hosted with or without Mario Kart.

I’ve been thinking the last few days about the state of the PC side, and I’m really starting to get dissapointed that the TF2 CL and PC Vice President are barely on the forums. For that matter, few execs are all that involved in the revitalization of the servers. This should be addressed, maybe at Thursday’s meeting.

This should be looked at purely as a militarial issue. If Obama were to talk to a series of high-ranking military officials, and they each said that allowing homosexuals to openly serve would not cause any major morale problems, then let them in. Otherwise, the current system works.

As for women in the military: I think it’s fine for them to serve, as long as they are trained using the same standards as men. None of this “take it easy on them in the name of equality” nonsense. The opposing army is trying to KILL YOU.

Last time i checked, Commander-in-Chief, was about as top and official as the military gets.

Yes, but I think the general concensus of numerous career soldiers is more valuable than one guy who has been president for under a year and who keeps *edited*ing off the military brass.

That reminds me: We should totally have a Cho Aniki tournament some time. I mean, we can make it free-play at first. Then, if it catches on, maybe we can make it official and give out prizes to the winner and runner-up.
