ParticipantIf you live or have classes on campus you’d do well to not spam or excessively troll here.
When you use a WCU IP to spam another WCU IP or server you are in violation of WCU’s network usage terms of service. We can and will get you banned from the campus network.
Just a fair warning. Everything on campus is logged and posting here makes it extremely easy to look you up in the access logs. If this continues things will get very real, very fast.
This only pertains to a small handful of individuals, and they know who they are.

ParticipantFYI: I moved the spam posts to the ‘Random’ discussion forum.
Please keep the non-club discussion things in their correct places in the future so as to make life easier on the board moderators.

ParticipantWell, considering I’m a senior, not on campus, and an actual club member.. not an alumni, I’ll continue to post as I see fit. Oh, and if you think reporting people to WCU from here will stop ANYTHING? You are sorely mistaken, any good troll would post them from a public access instead of their room. Tis just good business. Why not let the club president post something. Kaz is respected.

ParticipantMasterP has been here for a very long time and should have just as much if not more respect. He was doing everyone a favor by warning people up front of the consequences, he could have just not said anything and laughed at people as they were cut off from the network. Not that I don’t love Kaz, because I do.

ParticipantHow did my name become relevant in all this? lol

ParticipantBecause you are The Stache.
It’s the only logical scenario.

Knock off the constant *edited* talking or you aren’t going to last too much longer.

Participantlol?
and yes, this was directed at the stache, and we already have his on-campus IP, so we know who he is and where he lives.

Post something else like this and Liam will hook ya up.
I haven’t hooked anyone up in a while, hopefully I remember how to do it correctly.
MasterP posted what he did as a general warning to reduce the idiot off-topic troll posts being thrown up. While we all love discussion and fun, we don’t like trolls, goblins, hobbits, ephraims, or any of that type of critter.

If you or the router you on has a 152.30.*.* address your information and identity are logged. If you are offcampus they’ll simply block your IP from the network. It would really suck to not be able to access the WCU website or webcat from your house.
If you think we can’t track your activity you are sorely underestimating how bored campus IT is.
Guys really, this isn’t meant to be hard. Don’t be retarded and you’ll do fine.
