I think at this point its dead, I’ll get on with you guys to help pop it, but at this point it seems kinda a waste of time.
And mostly this should be used as a learning experience.
Stats is why you lost everyone, you lost stats and said “*edited* it, we’ll put them on with the new servers”
Wether that’s really what was said or not, it sure seemed like it, and I garundamntee you that is why you lost everyone.
Next time: Don’t wait for the new *edited*ing servers to fix something that could be done in 30 minutes because you don’t want to do it again, you had other options than hlxstats.
If a restaurant said “No white people served” I’d be fine with that.

Can’t comment on when the server goes up, but I agree with Master P. We need to have HLstatsX, FPS Boost, and a Good Rotation upon start-up to make sure that people who happen upon our servers come back.
That is the main point of this thread to come up with a good rotation to put on there. As bored of the maps I’m sure everyone has been in the past, I think it might be better to get that going on start-up and then bring in some new maps..
But now we have more problems. The semester is coming to a close and Summer is all but here. Anything we do now will have to survive the Summer drought of CSS players. This may require some more thinking on our part.
The big thing is stats.
Otherwise you’re just playing a really slow deathmatch game with no ranking.

It’s not that the insurance companies profits are more important.
But in that scenario it bankrupts the insurance companies, and then you’re stuck with the government’s health care. Which has already been proven to be able to ration care.

The only reason for them forcing people to have insurance is a concession to the insurance companies accepting all pre-existing conditions.. but if everyone IS FORCED to have insurance then pre-existing conditions will become extinct.

The penalty for not having insurance is only 2% of your gross income. Whereas actual Insurance would cost a *edited*boat more.
Preexisting conditions dont matter.

I need a prosthetic, but have no insurance.
Ohwait, I’ll just sign up for insurance, get my prosthetic, since there’s no no pre-existing conditions clause

I pick up people every day, in government subsidized housing, in a ratty old house, with no smoke detectors, 3 small children. 50″ Flat Panel TV, xbox 360, blue ray with a stack of cd’s next to it, Biggest Stereo You’ve ever seen. Stainless steel refrigerator, dirty dishes piled up everywhere, you can smell the smoke in the house.
Person has COPD, is over 400 pounds and can’t walk and we have to call in for a bariatric stretcher. She’s on oxygen permanently because of what the smoking has done to her lungs permanently.
Takes the oxygen mask off to be able to smoke a cigarette because the oxygen could ignite.
We’re waiting on a *edited*ing fatty stretcher, and the cow is smoking a cig, while the cig is exactly what put her in the position she’s in now.
Why should I have to pay for her?
so what do we do about them? let them die? Better yet lets just round up all of them and gas them. Much cheaper and more efficient. I have no feelings for people like that. I can’t stand them either. There is no hope for her. But like you said she has kids, there is still hope for them. Iono i’d rather pay for hopeless dopes if it saves a decent person every now and then.
I’ve been in an ambulance before. My aunt works in a hospital. I see alot of drug abusers and diabetic wastes of life. But I also see people that genuinely need the help.

You realize hospitals HAVE to take emergency patients in regardless of whether or not they can afford their needed treatment to survive. You can’t just give someone who suffered a pulmunary anurwhatever tylenol and send him on his merry way. If they can’t afford it, it comes from us the tax payers. The gov’t is forcing the american people to pay for something. They are punishing those who do not get healthcare. They are mandating what people can and cannot do.
They aren’t punishing anybody. If you have health insurance you don’t have to pay the tax. Just like if you have a mortgage you don’t have to pay as much income tax. Same principle. Hospitals are required to take in people with or without health insurance anyway, at least now there will be more money on the side to pay for *edited* like triage.

Maybe you don’t know how this economy thing works. Because If people with insurance dont have to pay more taxes, that means they will be taxing the poor without insurance, effectively making them pay for insurance(This is not how it works, if you knew anything about this bill)
They are taxing people’s insurance policies also, have you read or watched anything on the subject?
Hospitals are required to treat people and to get them stable.
Tax payers do not pay for the uninsured. Insured people end up paying for them, in higher healthcare costs. Why do you seem to think tax payers are paying for them
