Not that my opinion matters, because Admins say my rates are bad, and I refuse to play in the server now cuz of all the *edited*ing. But its Barket I mean seriously, hes like french canadian or something, he does not understand american society, give him a break.
The points do not necessarily motivate people to play, its just an added bonus to playing, it gives something for people to work for. And if there was no rank, more people would be running around doing stupid stuff instead of focusing on the real objective. But yea, points are still pointless to me.
I will admit it, sometimes Un will stack….but thats actually by pure chance, most of us just hit autoassign and occasionally we all end up on the same team…..but then we usually do stupid stuff like….mac10 rush or we just go pumping the shotties….
umm splitting clans up wont stop ghosting, if anything it will help it.
that gives the disadvantaged clanmates the ability to sneak through enemy lines and kill people a whole lot easier through gaps they might not of known about, or tell the other team which bombsite isnt guarded very well.
Now the thing that it does do is prevent the clan from working together, because in the end they will still kill each other.
Well the points system gives something for people to work to. The higher in rank the better you feel. Those people have worked hard to get where they are, and they get upset when a fresh noob can come in and drop them down by large numbers. So they have to work even harded to stay where they are. It *edited*es people off.
Good thing I only care about KDR ACCURACY and FUN….while in this server……
Yeah, they were hiring for a whole bunch of programmers who mostly had RTS experience last March I beleive. And well since Warcraft side of their market was performing perfectly, it was either an RTS Diablo(yeah *edited*ing right) or Starcraft 2. Blizzard doesnt like to branch away from series they know sell.
lets see, the gun i actually hate is…..hmm….ummm……mac10….
go try to fire the mac10 accurately….you will only hit the same spot twice 2-3 times in an entire clip….
all the other guns take some skill to actually hit the poor bugger…the mac10 is just random
Tried reinstalling, and well, ive reformatted my computer 3 times in 2 weeks…..and its been working fine up till very recent. I am royally *edited*ED OFF, *edited* STEAM SUPPORT.

Well true people feel less welcomed, so make it 25. That way if they are true noobs who end up like 5/20 they wont stay anyway because they get owned so bad, and they wont *edited* off the rank *edited*s.
No I had to bend over backwards while *edited* slapping steam, I had to configure so *edited* much, and about 1/4 of it dealt with steam and CS:S
What I honestly think they should do with the ranking system, is set it up so that somebody needs a certain amount of kills in order to take serious points away from somebody. Make the amount like 50 or 100. Because the hlstats is setup for skill ranking amongst the same people.
It will not let me on, and this issue only occurs when CS:S is fully updated. I can play all other source engine games I have, but I can not play CS:S. I have reformatted my computer just so I could make sure BIOS and everything has been loaded correctly, but still I get the exact same error.
So problem solved, what I had to do to fix it………I dont feel like taking that much time to post all of it….
