what percentage of people are we talking?im just worried about it turning into dust2 everytime people dont like a map… i mean its only 20 minutes for most of the maps… and 10 for a few.
also, for maps like italy, everyone whose a ct is just going to vote to change the map. may not be a bad thing, but id rather just take the maps off the rotation that people dont like and try to replace them with more even/fun maps.
It will(or at least I assume) be where if a map has been played recently, it will not get put on the vote…
That won’t do anything…most of the people that do this, including myself, will just kill themselves in the first few seconds and then bet…

I look forward to playing that map along with scoutzknives.. they are both reduced map time, I don’t see why since the admins think it sucks they can just change the gravity, take deagles away, and give deagles to one person.. The scenarios are fun every once in a while, but it gets old waiting for them to figure it out, instead of playing.There are only a select few admins that have the power to do this, and it often helps keep the population up for the duration of deagle5 since we generally lose quite a few people during the map.

1. Keep the teams balanced via Average KDR. This means adding up everyone’s kills divided by their deaths.

Not sure if this would be possible, or even worth it, but…Sometimes it seems the team balancer screws up a lot when several new people come into the server and they have low scores and maybe get a kill or two while the other team has maybe chantz or blust racking up 40 bombs with 90 people in the server and all of a sudden it thinks those new people are fairly good, so people with higher kills on that team get switched to the opposing team, and boom, team stack…not sure if that made any sense but maybe someone can back me up on this? I feel I have seen it happen more than 2 times?

LOL, I didn’t mean give me council leader powas while masterP was unable to give up his life for the server, but someone else that is a regular AND goes to WCU or something like that…

Not sure if this is part of the discussion or not, it can be deleted if it is but…
Can we also try to either start the map rotation at either different spots at the start of the day, or something to mix up the times of the maps…I and others can sometimes only play at certain times, so we only get a chance to play certain maps…
And all cpl maps should be put in rotation…

You did not select the root option of your personal believes, but the beliefs of the community even if you though it was wrong or did not like it. Their was just the right amount of switch up and new’ness to the server w/o really changing it. I must admit was very secpitual of you b/c you did not ever play before you were elected, and now i see you in their often. (i was proved wrong) Much better than other CL’s currently, and past elected. Overall Great job, would get my vote again if i could vote again.
I concur as well, but one other thing…
In the small times when you were inactive in the server yourself, since this was not just a week or so thing, I would have maybe liked to see you appoint someone who could either do your job, or at least voice your opinion on things from the server. Not sure if that made sense…but w/e…

I totally agree with anon. And my views on this are that if you are in America, you should be speaking English. If you are in France, you speak French, in Germany you speak German, ect…
I don’t care how ignorant this makes me sound, but where I live back home it is a huge issue with the astronomical increase of immigrants from Mexico…it gets very annoying when I can’t go out to mexican restaurant for some food and order because the waiter cannot understand me. And then when a good portion of these people are illegal, oh em gee don’t get me started on this topic…

Confirmed, a while ago on Aztec and Cobble the team balancer would say that it was checking balance, but it would not do anything. The ct’s did not lose a round on aztec btw…
