choicy on words,, i would say not allow them, not ban them.
admins can always request for them not to be sprayed if its causing a problem.

One says 100 post, the other says be a WCU student.
The way its set up now current students bypass the 100 post requirement b/c they are active community on campus, attend meeting/lan/exc. Members not on campus can only really build community via forums.
tora’s correct that current students use to get admin automatically, but i believe that has changed dew to the fact of the size of our growing community. i mean we have execs that dont even meet the requirements lol.

Agreed with Kuros, and Bitey advise, also your doing a good job and a huge step up for not being trained.
However things can always be be improved I would suggest to whomever the candidates are for next term’s elections:
Must hold your execs accountable. Many times (not just in your term) the ball has been dropped on tasks. I would strongly advise to “Assign Tasks” to execs, and follow up with them on a regular basis. Not just “can someone do this”. This way everyone is not like i though so-n-so was doing it… and it end up not getting done, or getting done but 4 months late.
The thing I though you did the best was meetings. We only had 4 meetings in 08′, we’ve had like 4 in the first 2 months of 09′.. Hella Great. Good job, and I would be happy to re-elect you Kaz.

If the markinting admin would like to make fbook event group and steam event groups this go around, dice does not like doing his job. -and- any other online promo’s that would be helpful this go around

Please suggest changes to TF2 prior to the event or going to play the same setup with a few different maps.
What did you like at the last event, what would you like to see changed?
I plan on having 4 teams. Team size will be determined by the number of sign ups in first come first serve. unless everyone agrees, i dont plan on letting team sizes be unbalanced. (AKA, we get 26 ppl signed up, only the first 24 will be played to make a even 6 player teams)

Currently the wcu servers set up with GravelPit, DustBowl, GoldRush, 2Fort, so might be picking some of these maps as this is what the population currently plays on. I would like to replace goldrush with Granary for the tourry. the maps can really be a last minute thing, so what do yall wanna play?
Time
Time alloted 3hrs
4 Rounds @ 30mins “in game” time limit
Setting up teams = 10-15 minutes
Getting into servers = 10 minutes
Announcing winners between matches = 10 minutes
Tie-Breakers = 15 minutes
Total: 2.9hrs – AKA, You don’t have time to *edited* around, i tryed to account for all time and with using max time on everything it should not go over the 3hrs alloted.. (thou it some how always does) If you see any problems with this, or if i missed something please point it out.

I am going to have a sign up sheet with me, everyone that would like to play need to report to me to sign them in.
On this sheet i will get your name and a skill level 1-10 and please be honest (if you say you are a 10 and suck, your team is more than likely going to loose), and i’ll know if your a noob so dont be putting down a 1 when you know you haz t3h skillz. This is for you guys, if you lie/cheat, its simply not going to be ran fair. Again come to have fun and be honest.

yeah, still making some tweeks, no one joins it unless i mass spam everyone to join anyways so i just took it offline in effort to help with the other servers, even thou it only uses like 1/2 of a 1/2% of cpu at idle.

Then place teh rest in spots that might actually catch someones eyes.
i would rather place one in a high traffic area where 100 people will pass by it and it be taken down within a day rather than placing 1 on the poster board with elevendy million other fliers where it does not stand out, yet it stays up longer… But really do whatever make you happy its not rocket science.
