it could be another caster OR another melee really.
something tells me they may go with a ranged guy – maybe a Hunter or something that can shoot arrows or some *edited*. they have had at least one character that is ranged in each diablo so far
I cant imagine what it could be really.
So, this intrigued me and I downloaded it. It was a lead on though, I thought it would integrate facebook chat but if it does I have yet to figure it out. I like the interface compared to the other version you posted a while ago. It’s cleaner and nicer lol

I will agree that it is up to the people running the server to dictate what is allowed and not allowed on the server. I was pointing out we all get near the line. How far is too far tho? No matter what you say, someone is always going to be offended. People take offense at way too little in this day and age. I guess what I’m getting at is, we really don’t know if something offends someone until after the fact and they complain. Albeit, some words are obviously going to offend some people. *edited*, queer, the n-word, and other obviously flagrant words would be crossing the line and should never be used, but there are a lot of fringe words that may or may not offend someone. And at what point does it get ridiculous? If I were to come in the server, someone asks me how life’s been lately, and I say it’s been a b****, and then a female comes on and says that I offended her by using that word, are we not allowed to say that anymore? At some point people have to suck it up and accept things in life. I’m very religious, and when I hear someone say God D***it, I don’t like it very much, but I accept the fact that I can’t control other people’s actions, and I’m not going to force my views or values on to anyone else.

The problem when I talk to many admin prospects is the strict requirements. Is there anyway to lower them temporarily while we recruit some new people for admins?
I’ve been talking to Frady the past few nights, and he has hinted that he is interested in being an admin. He is a long standing admin at Appstate and now that he is playing again he has been frequenting the server. He has applied before but was rejected, and I told him to come apply again so we will see.
He tends to be very adamant about admin abuse and has posted several times here about instances of it, so I expect he would make a good admin, but the reports also mean that he may not be a favorite among other admins.
Just bumping this thread because we need to see some new admin blood in the 1.6 section to get players on more often.

It is not how the game is rated, or the fact that the gameplay can change. The fact that the server is a branch of the Western Carolina University, and therefore the server itself has to foster an environment that does not discriminate against any group of people along with the code of the club and the University.

Not necessarily, I remember a person in the CSS server/forums last night mentioning how the 1.6 server should be done away with an a COD4 put in. I won’t mention names, but I highly disagree with this notion.
