but liek i was saying, while 1.6 and source are in the same family, they are still really differant games (hence why you have a clear choice of CSS over 1.6)
its the same w/ TF2 and TFC. while related, the differances in the game make it difficult to try to compare the two. they are 2 differant games and i prefer the balenced (IMO) and prettier TF2 over TFC
get a big banner and drape it over doorways in the front of halls n such
thats what they do here
oh, and you could also find out where the biggest classrooms are and ask the prof if u can announce prior to the class about the lan. we have a class of 2,700 ppl and there are usually 2-4 groups per class that propagate their events, but even in the smaller 100-300 ppl range they do it too

really, the way you move and aim are completely different. i find myself getting *edited*ed when i switch games and i forgot to adjust my aiming settings and i get *edited*ed over for the first 3 rounds until i adjsut back.
if you have to play “the same game” 2 completely different ways, then they are 2 different games with the same principle.
i will say i think scout is way too powerful, and when his updates come out he needs to be weakened a *edited* load
i don’t really feel that TF2 is worse than TFC because i feel like they play as 2 different games, just like how 1.6 and source really are 2 different games.
you can compare them all you want because they share a lineage, but its really a different game. IMO

m3 in 1.sex takes a lot more skill to wield than in CSS… you are lucky if you get 22 dmg on a HS in 1.sex
