I know we have talked about this alot before but tonight I came across a prime example of why awps are *edited*….
The Map: Dust2 We were playing some D2 and I was a T. CT’s kept raping us all then I took a quick survey of their team and found out why. On an 11 person team there were 4 awps and 2 autosnipers against us. That means that only 5 players had non *edited* weapons and the team balancer wasn’t helping us out.
That my friends is why awps are ridiculously *edited*.

at the same time, of those 6 people with “*edited*” sniper rifles, most likely 1 was legitimately good with it, therefore meaning that if you are good enough to draw one missed shot it should be all you against an awp, and if you force a reload on an auto you should be golden. you can’t blame awps/autos for a map being sided, as there are plenty of ways to get around such things. sometimes i honestly feel the same way, but i know that it’s bound to unravel.

m3 in 1.sex takes a lot more skill to wield than in CSS… you are lucky if you get 22 dmg on a HS in 1.sex
besides the occasional random HS from across a map with an M3, i really have no problems with it. Though, it hates me. Whenever I use it i get 26 in 1 and then die whenever it is used against me it is 106 in one to my chest

i mean look, i picked up an awp once killed two people, felt dirty about it and threw it away and used my deagle the rest of the round. its not like you need skills for it. you find a good camping spot, you move your mouse in the general direction of a person and pull the trigger and the person dies. if the person is not expecting the awp, there is no way they can survive, if they are, then they might be able to, the problem is you can dodge one, maybe two, but three and an auto? come on? anyone who thinks it can be done lets set up that same scenario and you try to live. also awpers move around so there is no way to know what corner they could be lurking around and you can only carry two flashes and a smoke.

Major you realize in a scrim, there are 5 people. And if they all have an awp, they lose. It’s impossible to push with an awp. And smokes/flashes are win as people have said
