I’ve recently got a twitter account and I don’t say anything, but it’s kinda cool to follow certain people. For instance, I got a droid x and I can follow certain devs who are trying to find their way around (not crack obviously) Motorola’s locked bootloader.
For the most part, I agree with Bitey though.

Yeah, I was just thinking how quickly I forgot my hesitation in playing a game that encouraged me to blow up buildings, take hostages, and kill soldiers (CS).
Plus the taliban are crazy… I’m surprised the MoH Creators didn’t understand that they might retaliate at the people making a game about them.

To be honest, if you have an LU64 Wii I wouldn’t even try to mod it. If something does go wrong there’s nothing you can do recover from it whereas with the pre-LU64 consoles you can install the Boot2 version of Bootmii and reinstall the whole OS after a brick with no harm done.
I’m thinking about reformatting my Wii to factory settings and downgrading it to System Menu 4.1. Right now I’m on SM42. As it is now, I’ve loaded so many firmware hacks by so many different people that I really don’t know how it’s still running. Most Wii game backups work but I’d like to be able to account for every mod that’s on there.
Lemm: Can you check these guides and verify that they should work. I’ve downgraded in the past (well before I knew the risks) and don’t really see an issue with it so long as bootmii remains installed.

I have modded an LU64 Wii (4.2) but not with the new 4.3 System Menu. I really haven’t touched it in about two months. I’ll have to look and see what I’ve got.
EDIT: Kip I’m sending you the last bit of good info that I’ve verified… it’s old and works for 4.2. From there you can decide whether you want to use it or not.

Stats is why you lost everyone, you lost stats and said “*edited* it, we’ll put them on with the new servers”
Wether that’s really what was said or not, it sure seemed like it, and I garundamntee you that is why you lost everyone.
Next time: Don’t wait for the new *edited*ing servers to fix something that could be done in 30 minutes because you don’t want to do it again, you had other options than hlxstats.
Well basically we had technical issues as far as the stats go and with the system the way it was if we had put up stats the servers wouldn’t have run well at all. I do think this is the main reason we lost everyone though. I wish we could have done something about it.
You think if I come and join enough student organizations that they will just give me a WCU student id?
Seems like to me that if good graphics editing software was written specifically for PC, there would be no point in getting a Mac for functionality reasons. They’d be strictly an accessory (which imo they pretty much are).

7th and 8th graders. Technically I could teach elementary school, but i think i’d have more fun torturing the emo kids.
So you’ll be teaching Algebra, Geometry.. or just 7th grade math? Sounds pretty cool either way. That was back when math was fun and easy for me.. Calculus stunted my thirst for knowledge.
