If you give the jugg unlimited armor that might encourage more camping… I would suggest finding a way to force the jugg to move out, as well as not allowing regular players to camp.
If there is ever a question about the whole server and an immediate problem then you should check General Discussion, however if the problem is only with one particular server than you should check that particular servers thread, which is what you did. Just giving you options later of places to look for yourself

Look, yall have a zero tolerance policy, anyone demoed cheating is banned forever and ever and ever to hell to never see the light of sweet wcu source again. Cheaters banned by vac are cheaters just as much, perhaps even more so, than cheaters demoed by you guys. Yall can make mistakes. So outright ban them. Summary execution. Zero tolerance. It is not a moral quandry unless the writ of the law is more important than the service provided by the law.

If you like it I can round it out for you a bit more, I am not too sure of all the options you have to edit it in, but this would certainly be a pretty big project, if it would be done how I think it should be.

Oh yeah and I usually know when I just straight up miss a guy and when I see bullets hitting the wall right behind the guy his face is bloody and where ever else I hit him, BUT he is still at 100 health. Those are the times I question it, I have taken demos of myself while playing well and “badly”, I make more mistakes playing well than I do “badly”, and my KD ratio is still higher playing well lol. Not that I really care, my issue is it bothers others in the server very much so, I understand that we need a new server we started that movement ever since Shane was pres, and it isn’t your fault things aren’t being done. What we need is the Presidents input on this or PC Pres, so we can see where this is going. I don’t want pretty words or yeah I will get to it, I want to start seeing results, it is sad that the PC side has been put on the backburner when it by far has the larger community base. Not belittling consoles, but priorities need to start being set by people who are in those positions.
There is not a day that goes by without someone complaining about bullet reg, these guys play on other servers so they compare it to those servers. Perhaps we should take a longer look at the problem and attempt a better solution because clearly it has grown beyond a few people. I know that sometimes I do really well in the server, other times I play like I started yesterday and have never played an FPS before in my life. It feels like the server picks a player and says ok this player will have the best bullet registration. Just an observation but I certainly think we should spend more time looking into it.

I can give you a couple reasons why Ronnie doesn’t want to do it anymore. Good choice on carter though, she is the lady that helps get funds from SGA right? That is definitely a great alternative. My advice on this is to start outsourcing CL jobs to off campus people, yes this creates more work for someone else to do when you do LANs but you can be confident that the person voted in will do a great job. I am pretty sure every person we have outsourced the job to has done a fantastic job, so if no one wants to step up you need to push it out to the community that does care. What other CL positions are open? I am doing nothing right now and would love to have something to focus my efforts on.
We already talked about it, but:

- health bar on everyones screen so people can see how much health the jugg has.
- Skinned jugg, so he looks like a big creature or the actual juggernaut.
- Player who does most damage or player who kills the jugg, is the next jugg. I can’t remember which one we decided on in game.
- Need a definitive map for jugg, playing on random map is ok, but I feel like a map made specifically for it would work better.
- Any way to make flashbang a moly? Or make a gun into a grenade launcher? Just ideas.
MasterP has been here for a very long time and should have just as much if not more respect. He was doing everyone a favor by warning people up front of the consequences, he could have just not said anything and laughed at people as they were cut off from the network. Not that I don’t love Kaz, because I do.

Bitey no one uses it because it was taken down. We now host a Teamspeak server on Tron.

It is possible to have it as a ventrilo server, if nothing else. Our previous ventrilo server was hosted by Adam, I dunno how many people use it anymore though.

You came to the right place for computer knowledge, most of these guys are geniuses when it comes to computers except for NoDice, but that is why I <3 him.
Your best bet is to talk to the council leader for CS1.6, ask him to make a public poll about keeping Italy, I agree with others I doubt it will be removed, it is only one map, you can leave and come back if it bothers you that much.

, I just know that when I was on people complained about it ALWAYS being pipeline, now if it were a rotation that included pipeline then maybe we would have a solution. -
