You need to pull whatever you have stuck in your *edited* out.

As far as I am concerned, any admin can put up a votemap if less than half the server is full, whether or not the players in the server agree/disagree that the map should be changed.

fixing the amx_ban issue now…apparently it will only work if you do amx_banmenu (which i only have access to), but you cant unban from there. amx_unban doesnt work either. I had to go into HLSW and unban Pacsunn.
