wow i was drunk and Chris got me… he kicked “banned me for 1440 minutes”. it’s not fair to take advantage of drunk ppl =P lol , that was funny tho

no no, he tricked me. i wasnt banned, he kicked me with a message of ‘banned for 1440 minutes’ lol. he got me.

Aren’t temp bans unappealable? I mean, I guess they are if you were wrongfully banned, but I think otherwise they’re not appealable.

Sorry to bump an old topic (but not really, *edited* you).
Not quite sure how I overlooked this, but I saw what xenocide said (that Chris faked him out, pwnt). I was just pointing it out to adam because he offered the option to appeal the ban when you can’t appeal a temp ban.
He never said what he was kicked (or tricked into thinking he was banned) for. I think you can guess that being drunk might’ve had something to do with it and if it rly did, it was warranted, imo. Personally, I don’t think being drunk or high or whatever is ever an excuse.
I was just saying that if it was deserved, he can’t appeal.

I also find it really annoying that certain admins will throw up maps for the same 3 maps when < 50% of players are in the server but will always ignore my request to add dustworld as an option (just a *edited*ing option). The only time he says/does something, is when its affecting HIM somehow.

btw, you can ask the admins who play in the server to add a map to the rotation or maplist or whatever, but we don’t have access to that. I mean, we can post it on the forums (you already have, though), but it’s really up to the CL, I think.
