FFS, we have always done Thursday for meetings, I didn’t do Thursday because it is the first hometown game for the football team, if it is really going to be a big deal I will move it again….I’m just saying you won’t have anyone there. If extreme lack of attendance isn’t a problem then by all means go ahead and have it on a 3 day weekend but all you’ll get is one hell of an unproductive meeting. Definately not the attendence you’ll want when voting in officers.

And yes if it remains on the long weekend I won’t be there. Some of us actually maintained our roots off campus.
the first meeting when holding elections it would be best to not take chances with attendance. If you only had a small group show up, it is going to make people take position they dont wont to take, thus them not doing their job and making you dedicated people cover their slack.

Well I am not setting a date again, someone else find out what date you want I have picked two and they ended in failure, somebody else find a better date.
Tuesday ok with everyone? My reasoning behind the days I chose was because I am auditioning for plays and soon and I didn’t want a rehearsal day to fall on the same day we have a meeting if I get into one of the shows. We’ll just have to play it by ear see how it goes.

I will change the meeting day to the Tuesday after Labor Day weekend you have until tomorrow afternoon 8 PM to say something to me about this being a problem for you or anything else going on, after 8 PM I will not change the date again.
Nobody had any problems.
Meeting date changed to Tuesday, Sept. 2nd, same time, same place unless Jill says I can’t get the same room, the time however will remain the same.
