Ban initial wall spamming in snow?

The question is “should we prohibit spamming on snow,” not “are we allowed to ban spammers.”

i knowww toranky…i don’t think ive actually ever banned someone for spamming…i love actually PLAYING snow…so i usually don’t spend my time tryin to be all authoritarian admin on pplz
