Actually I think the girls with Tours got em through Sprint. But they got the Tour esp. to be int’l (they be from the UAE) so I doubt bberry would sell another version for verizon.
The Tour was specifically for international use. It’s even noted as the feature on the BB website.

if you use verizon, get the htc incredible or droid x or even the regular droid
I hate motorola with a passion, but how’s HTC? If the battery’s good & I don’t have to pay extra to write emails that would be fine & sassy.

Geib your bbm PIN when you get it
then i can spam you from my phone.
F*ck you
*edited* the droid and htc. If you want a nice 3G phone get the LG Ally. It does exactly everything the first droid does, except better.

The original droid will cost you 50 to 100 dollars more than this phone. It only cost me 170 with taxes, but it came with a 100 dollar rebate. It’s an awesome android os phone. Of course if you want to spend the money, get the new droid; cause that thing is just sexy.

well all i have to say is if windows mobile is so great why did it see a 33% DROP in market share the past year?
By 33% you mean 5% right? In April 2009 they had 12% marketshare as opposed to the 7% they have now…
Btw, I said back on page 2 that the newer Verizon phones have/would have SIM cards. Someones not reading…

actually that is even worse, because a drop from 12% to 7% is a 41.7% drop in marketshare. you have taken math classes right?

That’s not typically how analysts look at it. If you go from “not alot” to “a little less than not alot” you realize that you really haven’t lost much. To say they lost 42% marketshare is deceptive at best when the high point of the study is 12%. Apple lost almost twice that amount back in Q1 2008 alone both of those pale in comparison to the hit Blackberry has taken in the last 2 years. Early 2008 they had 45%, now they have 19%.
Btw, that long hotdog looks terrible. Needs more vespene gas.
July 21, 2010 at 3:10 pm #103452Nickname
Participantok i guess more fair would be that they lost nearly 42% of their users… which is still terrible.
And yes RIM has been free falling of late. They have really fallen behind in the consumer market but remain relevant cause businesses want them (though some businesses are actually switching to phones like the Droid or even the iphone). Windows mobile is hanging on because it used to be the leader and some apps that businesses need only work on WM, such as at my work where we have a PDA app for our Homecare software. It only works on windows mobile 5 or 6. I have to break it to people almost daily that they cant install it on their iphone or droid…
