I just want to send in a quick admin complaint.
Apparently it’s ok for BuDDy to spawn kill me on awp_map multiple times, but when I get him back it’s not okay with Red and I end up getting slay. But Buddy still gets to do it.
Secondly, the admin with Poop in his name slayed me for sniping in the T tower on de_cbbl. When I questioned him he said it is spawn camping, which I would question seeing how the tower was put there to snipe out of. He then continued to gag me because he knew he was wrong.
We will look into Red. While you may snipe out of that tower, failure to help do the objective as your teammates die is grounds for a slay. This keeps the game play going more smoothly and has always been policy.

Is that really slowing anything down. I was actually on my way down from the tower when he slayed me too. It was about 20 seconds in I got him, then left.
The tower is there to snipe out of and should be used as such, but like Kuros said, if you sit there the entire round and let your teammates die, your on grounds for a slay. In 20 seconds? Thats a little silly.
As for the issue with Red, we will, as Kuros said, look into it.
There’s a difference between spawn camping and ‘tactically waiting’. Technically, the CT’s shouldn’t be pushing, its their job to guard the bomb sites, not rush, thats the T’s job. If and when the CT’s push out of A halls, I’m all for camping somewhere with a rifle and shooting them. In a way you’re just watching the flank.
Same goes for D2, inferno, nuke, etc. But if they don’t rush and your team is decimated, you’re camping spawn. Especially if you’re just hiding behind something waiting to *edited* someone running by.
I can’t watch everybody at the same time. If the guy in front of you is speeding and the cop misses him and gets you, do you complain to his supervisor? and just cuz he did it and got away with it doesn’t make it ok.

And it’s pretty hard to miss the Buddy Killed SA symbol up top within the first 2 seconds.
Anyways my main complaint is Poopie, because as Flickr says, he really is a poor sport.

and to have him hide and shoot enemies at spawn is a good thing?

First: The entire issue is that you slayed him in the tower on de_cbbl after he had been sitting there for about 20 seconds.
Second: Don’t tell people to “be quiet”. We want everyone to feel that they can come here and report things w/o fear of retribution.

it was more than a good minute and he was camping on tower while his whole team was at B…

I understand the awp map complaint because people spawn kill all the time on that map….perhaps there could be an code written to auto slay if you kill with in the first 5seconds.

If you whine about spawn killing then, it’s your fault cuz you should’ve ran.
from what i’ve seen with poopie, he really has a lot of patience. he gives people alot of chances before he takes admin action and i’ve seen him being only fair if not generous to people
Yeah Poopie is usually a very good admin from what I’ve seen from him and witnessing good and bad admins through my 2 steam accounts. People just dont seem to understand that when an admin says something about objectives or camping then you should pay attention.

Poopie, it was 20 seconds, not a minute.
Also I would like to add it would be nice today if we could actually play some real maps without Tigglemahgooch always voting it scoutknifez.
i will have to say this:
scoutzknivez and awp_dust are the only 2 maps keeping the server alive (at least when im on)
now it may be that jsut no one likes me and gets off when i come on…. BUT still stands… we gotta vote those 2 jsut to keep ppl here
solution: go back to the rotation that WCU had last year. that was full of win

but srsly its summer and it was slow last summer too, everyones home for the summer and would rather not sit in front of the computer all day, unlike majormajormajor, his parents keep him locked up in that cage he calls a room and only let him out for an hour a day to exercise, and so they can clean out his pen.
