I was sort of watching yesterday. There were some good deals, but I don’t need a TV and though I want a huge one, I has no moneys.
Thanks a bunch. I have no complaints about the frequency, just the fact that they pop up in the middle of the screen.
I was playing flash chess (as green) and the computer, though on hard, epically fails by allowing me to do the infamous 4 move checkmate.
Generally I would support this, but I think map voting has had its run as has map rotation. At the end of the day, I like rotation a lot better, because certain people vote for *edited* maps and wonder why the server empties. So state which maps go slow, and perhaps we could shorten them?
That cast is heavy…. I’d watch out.

Lol renton. We really don’t have too much corn in Kansas, so I don’t love it. Now those Nebraska and Iowa people that’s a different story. Wheat is the Kansas thing, but I don’t live on a farm and never have and never will. I am the anti-farmer.

I have to take the same tact when I watch the news. You just never can tell who’s leaving out something or outrightly lying about it. I’ve found that media bias, no matter who its from, is generally manifested in the parts of the stories or even whole stories that they don’t tell.
Just as an example. (Don’t flame me please.) Last year when Iraq was mayhem, you heard about it all the time. Now its mostly peaceful, and we don’t hear anything. The same amount (more in fact) of our troops are there, but the media preys on bad news. That’s why we hear so much about the economy right now.
Speaking of which have any of you been hearing the familiar story that runs around Black Friday of every year since about 2001? It goes something like “Consumers will be tightening their wallets this Christmas as the soaring price of gas and a generally weakening economy takes its toll.” I believe there has been record consumer spending at Christmas every year for the past 20 or more years. My point is this…. you also have to filter out the baseless speculation that the media is prone to do. When they can’t find enough depressing news, they speculate that there will be some in the future and so *poof* they have something to talk about tonight on their news cast.
Just so you all know its “The Dark Knight” not “The Dark Night” as the thread title suggests……
I was gonna see it last night, but work this morning doesn’t really allow me to do that.
So now I’m counting the minutes here. I’ll see it at 4:10 CDT or 5:10 for you east coast people.

Liam’s in summer school? I can’t imagine doing that, it would be horrible.
Anyways I was playing cbbl last night and the t’s were getting owned as usual, but it switch good people with high kdrs to the cts constantly.
Suprisingly enough, I don’t scream while getting owned in CSS (and it happens alot). I don’t even really curse at it. But if you ever want to hear me curse. Drive with me somewhere during rush hour…….. I have said things during the past week even that would make Chantz blush.
stupid detours…. even if i were over the magical age of 21, kansas doesnt allow you to buy wine off of the internet anyways
