ill have mine for backup and we can ask destiny very nicely if we can use hers for the door (she doesnt want to do the door this time but will gladly help whomever we get)

EDIT: I just had another idea. If we had a laptop set up outside for tournament registration as people pay to enter, all we would need to do is come over and copy the LAN file/use it on a seperate laptop to run the tournament. We would leave the other laptop at the signup table of course, so as tournaments are being run people can still preemptively sign up for other tournaments.
I was thinking about this possibility as well but we would probably want to use 2-3 computers for this and someone who knew exactly what to do would have to be at the door.

I do believe thats what he is saying dice and I agree that really isnt fair. you basically pick the winners that way.
I strongly suggest we compile a catagorized list such as the ones people have been posting so we are assured to please the most people and vote from those instead of the way we have been doing it.
My Ideal list is very similar to the ones previously stated
Street Fighter 4 (PS3)or(360) not both
Soulcalibur 4 (PS3)
Halo 3 (360)/Cod4(360)
Gears of War 2 (360)/Gears 1
Super Smash Bros Brawl (Wii)/melee
Killzone 2/Mario Kart64/ Guitar Hero WT/ Rock Band 2/MK DC/Halo 1
I will only allow 6 games total for console tournaments. Preferably at least 1 for each system and no game will be played on multiple platforms.
Thanks and if I can get some copies of the best pictures with either the gamestop guy or the game stand, as well as the console section in general I will Personally go see the store manager in the next couple days.
Im looking into a couple more and I would appreciate it if You would email the District Manager of GameStop a thankyou letter with pictures.
Just FYI 8 people played gunbound and at least one more wanted to but didn’t want to mess up brackets. but I do agree that unless people come out of the woodwork screaming for it, its done for now.
I was just stating that if it was decided to get our own for backup and such we shouldnt get a huge one.
lol we had more for gunbound than for cod4 lol but yea I agree it was fun but you guys should play something you actually WANT to play instead of a bunch of people who don’t actually bring computers to play it on(me).

no just discussing the changes that need to be made from this last LAN and what doesnt need to be changed
If anyone has any problems, concerns, comments, or positive remarks specifically for me, then you can post them here. if it turns into a flame fest you will be ignored but apart from that I am very open to input. my CLs and other execs can just call me or wait till the meeting this Thursday, this is for the people that don’t have immediate access to me.
