haha, that doesn’t account for bad servers at all. all your doing is setting yourself up for 1 server. I have a great machine, and I still get choke in the 1.6 server because well…it’s not the greatest.
Your resolution for your cs:s is just in your options under video(in-game). the lower resolution, the better fps, but you do lose some pleasure as to the graphics. I even notice them in 1.6. I don’t play source, so I wouldn’t know about those rates. but how long does it take for yoru fps to start dropping?
Is there developer 1 in source? because he should still only be maxing at 100 fps. fps_max 100
I’m checking about developer 1 now. Yeah, ok, in your console. put in “developer 0” doing so doesn’t allow your fps to go above 100. You can’t notice a difference with anything above 100..at least not that I’ve noticed. I can go up to like 400 fps in 1.6 so..
rates, I’d assume this would be close. also in console. “cl_cmdrate 100” “cl_updaterate 100” “rate 25000” that should make your game run smoother as well. if I’m wrong, one of the 2 adam’s or liam will help ya out.
It does weed out the server, but I feel it weeds out the unknown players and puts people familiar to the server in its place. I feel that piranesi should be added to the rotation though, along with prodigy. I feel you should also look into the map de_mediterranean.
I think the server needs more REGULAR maps…rather than FY maps…I personally dislike fy_maps very much..
I don’t like this 15 minute rotation for some maps….it obviously doesn’t hurt the server to have 25 minutes just like every other.. and get rid of snow please……

Lol. Isn’t the point to be a hard target to hit??? I’m mor ethan capable of bhopping and I use the *edited* space bar. What are you goign to do, take my space bar away? lol. It comes with practice…I’ve been doing jump maps for 3 years now. Bhop maps come up. I suck because I don’t script it…I still manage to beat it after quite some time…Simply put…there’s no reason for it to be barred at all.
I was hoping for some more admins for 1.6, or if not more admins, make sure the current ones do their job. People say people hack all the time, but only a select few will watch them, while some other admins will ban people on their whim without anyone saying anything, then when people say ‘why did you ban him??!?!?’ because we know the person banned, then the admin just says oops, well if he wants to play here he can just go post on the forums. Maybe put a tsay on the server for once per map at the end with like 2 minutes left saying the address..because Im’ pretty sure it doesn’t say it. If it does, then disregard my last statement.
There’s no point in it being illegal…it’s louder than crouch running and you hear it every footstep while in crouch running you hear 1/3, and it’s a quiet step. I don’t see a point…it’s hard to anyway unless you have a script.
Chris….if you bind /me to a key…it’s instant…while you’re spraying…you can just hit a button..and SECOND GET YOUR *edited* 1.6 models….or you’ll never even come close to playing in a match….
There’s a map called de_mediterranean out there somewhere…I had to resintall steam like a month ago and lost all of my 450+ maps
It’s one of the bestmaps I’ve ever played. I’m not sure of spawn points, it should be able to fit 32.how much would you sell it for? all my friends tell me to get cz…and that has it. steamid i don’t really care about, just make more people think i hack
