There are currently too many servers working the disks. Either GG:S, TF2, or LFD needs to be shutdown pending the new box. I was in both GG:S and 1.6 and both servers showed an annoying amount of lag.didnt wcu get a new box like a year or two ago???

The box was shared between us and ITS at school. ITS got a new box so now we got the entire thing,, thou it only helped a smidgen. so same box technically

PLEASE DO WHAT YOU NEED TO DO TO FIX THIS SERVER LAG PROBLEMS. whoops sorry about the caps…anyways I think we should put back up the 150 ping kicker also….not to sound racist or anything but these people from brazil and other foreign countries are trying to play at wcu and will constantly have 180-200+ ping which is unacceptable when everyone has pings in the 80-90’s or lower. In my past experience this can cause more problems of “interp” and such.

we might try taking GG:S’s ticrate down to see if it will improve server pings

Oh, and by the way there MasterP, 150+ ping for everyone in the server doesn’t seem “fine” to me.What he means is that with the reasources they have at WCU, the servers are running fine. The issue is that the community has expanded to the point where tron cannot handle all the people to we all lag. It’s fine in the sense that with what WCU has its running as best as it can (fine), but its still laggy so hence the frustration.

The 1.6 server has been unbearable yesterday and today. Other than the past few days, whenever it lagged it was fine bc the lag spike would come and go after a couple of minutes. But yesterday and today, pings are shooting up toward 300-600 and the lag seems to stay for a good 30 minutes. Can someone please look into this and fix this?
