Server started lagging like crazy tonight at 9pm and it currently has 15 people in it. The source server has 22 people in it…why does the 1.6 server lag almost every time it begins to get populated…and why does it seem like it always lags when the source server is starting to get populated too…someone must look into this asap
“Server was pretty laggy today between 4pm-5pm. The 1.6 server had 20 people during this time and I noticed that the source server is pretty packed right now (23/25)…what is going onnnnn”

From what i know, pretty sure its problems with the FTP client we use OR firedaemon
Remove the client. There is nothing wrong with MS ftp. I think the box needs a format now that he who must not be named is gone. Furthermore, as much of a pain in the *edited* I know it would be, it wouldn’t be a bad idea to reinstall all servers from scratch along with their respective mods. Make backups of course. It would be much faster than trying to diagnose all the problems that he who must not be named has caused with the processes.

If you dig around for like 2 minutes you’ll find at least 200 posts of my different problems with Liam.
Ah, okay. I saw like one thread where someone said he was taking over as webmaster and I was like, “Weird, what happened to Liam?” These kinds of comments or threads seemed to be popping up randomly and I thought it was something that was discussed in person amongst people at WCU instead of via the forums.
Edit: So are these recent posts or are they in like… the executive section or whatever it is the regular admins don’t have access to? I went back to October (and still thinking about whether I want to keep looking) and I don’t see anything that mentions Liam.
I don’t know. Just about everything I ever posted during that era was put in trash whether it was flaming, valid, fapping or whatever so they are all probably in the trash forum.

Die in a fire. I can’t save the day because I can’t be president no more.
There are currently too many servers working the disks. Either GG:S, TF2, or LFD needs to be shutdown pending the new box. I was in both GG:S and 1.6 and both servers showed an annoying amount of lag.
