You probably have a good chance of doing it on the weekends. Usually during the evenings are good as well

yeah i need to figure something out with that….
i’m removing sounds in the meantime. I will need to get with Adam Merrill about those sounds and getting them corrected

I do like the idea of sending messages like that thru steam. Also, i’m more than willing for an admin to host a fun night! Just get me with and let me know when you would want to do it, what maps, etc. I will give you whatever access you need to do so.
The only reason i say no to a fun night is because getting a time for most people to participate is hard and it also doesnt really keep a population on the server.
I’m a little confused as to why we have such little turnout. I will check all the redirects today to make sure they are working properly
I will also be in the 1.6 server from 1-5pm today
*also i see RTV, nextmap, etc are not working…working on that issue now

I am just over 5 weeks in and have lost about 16 lbs. Still 31 weeks to go and my goal over the next 31 weeks is to lose an additional 25 pounds, getting my total weight loss up to 40+ lbs

1- I don’t have the ability to vote any custom maps
2- Make a fun night or something. Get the server populated!
3- Remove buytime on gungame server (when there are only like 4 people in the server, often times both team mates die before 1 respawns). Also, boost up the immunity time after spawning to like 3 seconds or something.

As well, it doesn’t help that amx_votemap doesn’t seem to work for some maps, including snow. This is ironic, because it’s a popular map when there are only a few ppl on (currently the situation with the server).
Someone pointed out that ppl can go to 24/7 dust2 if they don’t like the new maps. Fine. But in reality people are not going to bounce around between two servers each time a weird map appears. They leave.
A better strategy to consider if playing doesn’t increase, is to simplify the rotation and expect admins to DJ the maps depending on the mood of the players.
If you do not like the current mapcycle, please post in this thread a new proposed map cycle. I’m more than willing to change it up. Oilrig and vertigo were maps that were suggested and played well for a while (especially vertigo)
We have now finished the redirects and we now have 4 redirects running for each new server on our box.
I am also running 18 redirects (6 redirects for each new server) on my own server at home, giving us 10 redirects per server.
Good thing admins have reserved slots…
I found an error in RTV where it brings up a maplist before all necessary rtv’s are made
I am going to look into it
