1. Yes I have been the person who used a tag with sites that are hacking…this was a tag we used for a scrims and then came into the server afterwards. Nobody asked use to change them and after my friend getting banned for the myg0t one we decided not to use them anymore.

 

2. This guy just wants me to lose my admin so if thats what he wants I have no problems just letting it go if thats what the community wants. Just realize that I’m on the cs 1.6 server a lot and deal with hackers more than some others, but go for it if you deem it fit.

 

3. I have never put up a map vote more than 14 people in the server. I don’t usually call specs people in the server and even as I say that I do take that in account sometimes. Also, just to cover this I do vote at least 3 maps.

Have you not been reading this thread at all? We are in discussion about REPLACING deag5 and westwood. Also, the server doesnt “die”, realistically, it loses MAYBE 7-9 people. I have HLSW on all the time, so i see the stats.

 

Also, i disagree. End of the semester, everyone has finals and last minute papers/projects. Nobody has time for CS

The rotation of the maps has VERY little to do with it. First off, the server population is barely down. Second, even during odd times of the night and morning when no one is on any of the other servers, 1.6 always has some people in it. Third, I think NoDice took down a redirect or two and that probably causes the majority of population drops. I’m working on putting up more.

 

Its the end of the semester, not just for WCU, but for most school-aged kids who play 1.6…thus, lower population.

yeah westwood has been fairly popular but it has dropped off recently. I guess its not as fun as it used to be lol
