to take the maps out, just take them off of the voting list that is in the amx dir of the game server, and the maplist in the cstrike dir of the game server. Do not remove the files please.

Its mainly awarded by who is active in the forums, and whos not. Everyone is gaming how active you are in the club makes you stand out most.
Also they both switch without warning and all of them do. It makes people mad with they dont know their being switched, but i dont know the fix.
Auto balance is on, but it balances the teams so that they are evenly numbered and takes 2-3 rounds before it changes anything. PTB our original team balancer took 3 round, but balanced team with scores and team size. So teams would be 10 v 10 and 10 – 10. I dont know the fix, but less people complain about team balancing when there isnt any. I dont know the fix.

2. Custom maps.
3. Official maps.
4. Remakes of offical maps
well, i think we should have some sort of even balance on custom vs originals. But thats my opinion. Or more options when the vote is called. Example.
