i just sarted playing cs again about 1 month ago i was a old schol beta 6 player and really dont know much about source but i still want to know what happened to all the classic maps like Millitia probaly the best map there was. OilRig was a classic as well. there seems to be many old school maps they didnt switch and if anyone knows what happened let me know. But ya all those maps were more realstic situations rather then like dust lol
they empty the server,, most people dispie them.
I *edited*ing love assult as CT as well as CT on millitia
ya man they are classics i havent yet seen them on source there alot more realistic to me there was a couple more i forgot but oil rig was a huge under played map but a classic maybe you could get millitia back on the map rotation would be really cool

i love oilrig and i could go 1 v 3 or so on either side. the problem with cs1.6 was the t’s spawn points were weird. like as a t i sometimes spawned literally one jump down from ct spawn
Militia lagged too many noobs, but it was a BOMB map.. I also miss the other maps we useto have before the server turned into WCA (western carolina auschwitz)

Because I too lubbed a few of the old maps, i.e. Russka, Strata, Strike, Havana!!! And besides Havana, none of those emptied the server…
yahoo… i would like to point out that while you post quite a bit, your still retarded… those last 4 maps you named are fairly new maps.. ESPECIALLY when compared with militia or oilrig…
I love militia and oilrig, I think they’re great maps that are most definitly more realistic. Militia is based off that FBI standoff out west against that crazy redneck bunch isn’t it? And from what I understand it’s pretty *edited* close to exactly how it looked.
I’d be down for bringing both those back… AND SIEGE!!! THE #1 CS MAP OF ALL TIME!!!!

I are not reterdid…I’m sorry, I meant old as in, the old maps on the server map vote…
And I do too love oilrig, although I am not as fond of militia…
And my excessive posting should not automatically categorize me as intelligent…Just because I like to post a lot, and seem to have no life does not mean you can make phun of me, ok well, maybe it does…
And if these maps mean so much to you guys, make a poll and see what the community thinks, and maybe we can throw them in for a trial run like deaglezknives and blitz has done…It can’t hurt to try. And you have my vote for oilrig already…
