Sorry about the last post, it was misunderstanding.
But anywayz jus post any comments about your time at the lan, what you thought of the lan or even ideas to make it better for next time.
Lan was pretty decent. Just need some more console players. And maybe a more organized tourney for the consoles. Hopefully we can have some team games going for Halo 2.
yea i had it planned out perfectly. but no one brought their stuff…we were never going to use the projectors, just 4 tv’s and 4 xbox’s. but next time it will be fixed. just kinda annoying when you plan one thing and it dosent work out bec no one brings the things they said they would.
You can ask me to bring my xbox at least.. Don’t think I should bring my 26′ LCD widescreen TV though.
Well hellz yeaz people keep your responses up….they need to know what can make the next lan better….just remember there is no bad ideas so keep em up
well i asked people to bring their stuff before the lan…alot of people signed up late and i didnt have time and i didnt know that some people would not bring the items needed. and we were planing to have it for 2 360 games: gears and cod2 and one xbox game. so if you play only on a xbox and not a 360 then thats why i didnt ask you….
Its not a matter of planning it better…its a matter of people bringing what they say they will bring, and for this lan, all it was, was a 360. we had all the tv’s and only 2 360’s that would work. so getting the 360s was the biggest problem. and this lan was meant to see how interested people would be in console tournies. the torn out was ok, but it lessened thanks to the people that did not bring their stuff. so if people will bring their stuff everything will go better. through this tourney and other things i have found more people who have 360’s and play online in gears and what not. so next time, we will have all that is needed and nothing will be missing. so if anything those that said that they would their stuff and did not made it more complicated and made us try to improvise on the spot. so next time if people bring what they said they could, and i talked to or emailed, then everything will go faster, smoother and we will all have more fun.
I’ll probably have a 360 by the next LAN so you can count on that at least. (with the essentials: halo 2, GOW)
well we did have one but for the next lan we need to know who is bring what, so people dont come in the door with something that we dont have room for.
