I think i had the kind with cold shivering sweats and high fever. Having a fever induced nightmare is scary (the most realistic dream ever).

Now i might fail my paramedic class because of it.

Keep eating protein and drink you electrolyte filled liquids. Cytokines & lymphocytes are your friends

if you take it right when cold symptoms start to pop up, it should curve the length and effects of w.e. you have. Keep that in your cupboard along with a good hygiene and you should never get sick. i haven’t got sick in years, and never take flu shots. (knocks on wood)

 

And if you’re prone to sickness, well blame your parents. rofl
