Should I buy TF2?

Alright, so I used to play TFC competitively all the time, so I know alot about Team Fortress Classic.

I’ve played Fortress Forever a little bit and it is alot of fun and pretty similar to TFC.

 

I’ve heard that TF2 is radically different.

Should I consider purchasing TF2?

 

If yes, Why?

If no, Why not?

its inrcredibley fun, and i just love the overall feel of the game, cs is full of people thinking their nasty, tf2 definitly has a more comfortable community.

Just get the Orange Box. TF2 is a good game, but Portal and HL2 are better.

Team Fortress 2 is on sale ONLY UNTIL 10PM TONIGHT. It’s $2.50, HOLY CRAP. Halloween special. I’m spamming everyone about this and I’m gonna post it somewhere, too, cuz there’s only 1.5 hours left of the sale.

And I already have HL2, so The Orange Box seems like I’d be wasting money (even though I hear Portal and TF2 are totally work it, lol)

Only comment I’ll offer – don’t get it if you expect any substantial single-player experience. If you’re going multiplayer (LAN or internet) you’re good.
