Registering as a WCU Member?

So I got an email from WCU I guess telling me to register as a member or all events @ WCU would be canceled. I went to the link and I tried but failed to find out how to register.

 

Is this for real? If so HOW DO I DO IT?

Help me out!

For CIS you would get a Masters in Business Admin with a concentration in computers.
