[poll] Problems with seeing sprays

for as long as i can remember, i cannot spray, nor see other peoples sprays…

 

any ideas, fixes? ?!

lol, open up your keyboard controls and assign a ket to be your spray…. sometimes the orgional ‘T’ gets deleated,,, just add it back….Noob>……

i obviously did that like a million times,

also thought might have binded it to another function during a superhero server so unbinded and binded to norm again… still no work…

 

sides, y would that affect me seeing OTHER peoples spray?

If it doesn’t work by binding it in game then go to your cstrike folder and open your config.cfg. Then scroll down and make sure you have:

 

bind ‘t’ ‘impulse 201’

 

If you don’t then add it. Secondly, if you have problems seeing sprays then delete your custom.hpk file.

the Fastes way to fix it is to go to your Cstrike folder copy your maps folder and drop on desktop, and deleat teh Cstrike folder… open steam will reinstall Cstrike folder.. and drop maps back in the correct folder, so you dont half to re DL them all…..

 

This is what i’v dont at least 3 time in teh fast few months…. Works everytime,, fixes all problems…

 

its easer then Splits quick fix editing the code BullSh!t,….

i found out you can see them by typing a certain command in console and change the values. go to google and search it

‘i Cant see any sprays on cs 1.6 the first link i think will tell you.

tempdecal.wad is read-only

type these in console some of them might see threw walls just change the value i tried the ‘number’ 1 and i can see them but they are somewhat clitchy

hey, which value is the best? are there further incriments? cuz the positive values dont show but the negs are able to see thru walls, as well as blood, bomb site markers and anything else painted.

the 0 value makes it look fuzzy ( sorta like static on a tv) lots of zigzags.
