    • Unfinished Business:

o Constitution vote: 6:0:0 passed New Constitution will be put on website, and is now in effect.

o 2/24/06 LAN Event discussion: prizes were awesome, don’t think that most people knew there was a 2nd server they could play on. Overall, don’t mind tournament style, but watching and not playing after a while got old.

    o Fundraising: Tabled

    • New Business:

o We will be holding a T-Shirt Design contest during this Month. We need someone to design the WCU Gaming Club T-Shirt. The only rule is that it can not be discriminating in any way and it must adhere to any University policy regarding this issue. There will be a Forum Thread created where you can submit your artwork.

Appalachian State University is having a LAN event March 25, 2006 and April 22. If interested in attending, go to their website and signup.

    o Next LAN Event:

Date: Monday April 24, 2006 vote: 5:1:0 passed

    Time: 7pm-until vote: 6:0:0 passed

Place: Belk 358 or Grandroom vote: 6:0:0 passed

    Game: Counter-Strike 1.6 vote: 6:0:0 passed

Sponsors: we currently have REDBULL, and working on keeping the ones we had for the last one, and possibly adding a bunch more.

Multiple Games will be offered, while CS 1.6 will be the primary game played. The club will have exactly 1 week to decide which 2 of three games that were voted on will be played in addition to CS 1.6. The options include: Team Fortress; COD2; Serious Sam.

**The date, time, place, and game were all voted on at this meeting. Only the place is subject to change. No discussion will be held as we can not vote on any of this again per the newly ratified constitution.**

o Things to do by next meeting:

 Tyler needs to submit the pictures from the last LAN to Alienware.

 Adam Josey needs to plan the layout of the LAN event.

**FYI: Katelan Price shot Adam Faulkner in the face, right below the left eye, with a styrofoam dart right before the end of the meeting**.

o NEXT MEETING: Wednesday April 5, 2006 @9pm place TBD (somewhere in the UC)
