This has been discussed before. Sometimes the ATB lags so it has swapped the bomb before. The right thing to do would have been to swap yourself back and drop the bomb then swap back but w/e. On a side note this ATB is very fail and never balances the teams good.

At the end of the round it sends a command to the webserver to pull stats for the players in it and calculates each team’s strength, when the website it slow it creates a massive delay and causes people to be switched after the next round starts. It not balancing teams correctly is most likely caused by the webserver dropping the balance data completely.
The only options I have is to put the other teambalancer back on (which was even worse) or take it off and have no balancing. The 2nd option is already off the table so the real question is which balancer was worse?
What other ATB are we talking about here? This one is really bad and most of the time its more effective for the admins to just balance it out themselves.

The Sourcemod website only has one alternative that would work and it does basically the same thing except it uses much less information when calculating team strength and all the calculations are done locally.

The best ATB ever was the one that swapped right at the end of the round so you had to be careful if you were around people. It did a good job and it was fun too lol.

Easy answer is easy…

It’s what all the cool kids do…and if you’re really pro then you do it by yourself with 3 bots for 3 maps…it’s surprisingly difficult and time consuming to keep swapping back and forth…

The best solution is as Yahoo said. You have admin for a reason keeping gameplay balanced is one of those reasons.

Yeah that one was no better than what we have now. Only thing that made it so special was that people liked to exploit it by killing people after they were team-swapped. That’s really more of a glitch than a benefit.

That’s really more of a glitch than a benefit.It was still fun. Im not saying go back to it. I dont mind swapping people. I know that sometimes admins are not on and the teams are crazy. Just though I would bring it up and see if there was a solution.
