• November 4th at 7:00

• Sponsors: Computer Dynamic, ResNet
• Banners: 3 x 8 ft (color), 100 flyers: we get these Monday October 31, 2005
• Food/Drink: We decided to get pepperoni, cheese, and meat lover’s pizzas.
• Prizes: As of now, we have 6 speaker surround sound system, (If we need to, we do have $150 in our account to buy more prizes.)
• Pre-college, Professors, off-campus, as well as on-campus students are all welcome in the LAN event. To be allowed to play, you must sign-up on the sign-up sheet that will be on the website shortly.
• When to arrive: 7 pm
• Camera’s?: Adam Josey will bring his, so that we have 2 camera’s to help capture the night.
• BRING YOUR HEADSET TO THE LAN EVENT!!
• If you are bringing your own computer, please bring a powercord as well.
• New Business:
o Past Lan Event pictures? Will be put on website shortly.
o Fundraising: We will get something together for the next meeting.
o Gaming in the UC: Will be done this Wednesday, November 2, 2005 from 1-3, please come out and show your support for your fellow gamers! Thanks to Barry, Karen, and Adam F. for volunteering!!
