I can’t please everyone..I wanted to try to make a change to the server and see how it goes..these will be changed if certain map times are too long or unpopular..trying to put in more fun maps..TO MAKE IT MORE FUN!!! LOOT.

Ya honestly dodgeball is what everyone expected it to be. A server drainer and a failure. Maybe you should poll the community first before adding terribly bad maps.

Perhaps the council leader should instead do what he did and mix it up since everyone has differing opinions on what maps are best.

 

Give it time. We all are trying to work through and see what maps will work best for our community.

I love it too..I think a lot of people do..and others do secretly..it is a great stress reliever..it is plain FUN! who cares if you are numero uno on the server..just have fun..too many official = B0r!ng..I really like awp_map but people spawn kill and even with a spawn kill thing that slays the person..the person that got shot is still dead..so it is wack…LOOT.

agreed. however I think it could be improved by making it low gravity.

I hated the map, up until last night. Awesome map. Make it an hour long.

I think that is up to the head admin that is playing dball at the time..I don’t want it to be low grav all tha time..its fun to have normal grav…LOOt.

It would suck with low gravity. Throwing nades would be impossible..

When we used to play dodgeball on appstate we played with low gravity and i think it made it so much more fun. Throwing nades is fine. Just gotta remember they pretty much go in a straight line.

OK. I’ve done it b4 but I’ll do it again. Snow is fun, but yes – there is a spam problem. So we take it out because you can shoot through walls? In that case, take out every other map. Snow is a big spamfest and always turns into one, so I agree, take it out.

Or leave it in, I really never complain about spammers unless it’s one guy doing it every single round, which it usually is, or 2 or 3.

 

As far as other maps that we should be playing go. I play on GT’s server sometimes when WCU maps are boring – they have a vote system and a *edited*load of cool maps that don’t empty the server.

there are others but these are some of my favs. i’m not saying add all of these maps, but throw in 2 or 3 and you add so much variety to our map rotation. People download (fast) and learn to like good maps. That’s all I have to say – btw those are in no particular order, just the order i remember them in.
