The next WCU Gaming Club meeting will be held on Thursday January 24, 2008 at 9PM in the Catamount Room of the UC. All positions are up for election. Be there!!!!!!!!

I concur with Dice, it would be a bad idea to write another position into the constitution for the reasons Dice stipulated. However, webmaster wouldn’t be a bad idea…not trying to step on any toes. But as as Adam said he does do alot for our servers and website, it is a logical conclusion as to what postion to nominate him for.EDIT – I read the constitution. But I think Liam deserves the position. If we can’t get enough qualified leadership, I’m voting for an amendment to get people like Liam for that position.

This meeting came up on short notice, but I think it would be wise if we put up some fliers for the next. If you expect to see a club grow based on word of mouth alone you will be disappointed.
Also, I will be there and I’ll be running for Historian again. How could I lose? My avatar is a tiny photographer!

Those flyers you speak of came off my personal printer. I myself had to print those flyers from my own toner and paper. I can’t do that every meeting.

How else are we going to get them in?That’s the job of the M.A. to promote the club on campus and to attract more students to WCU. I’ve suggested posting fliers for the club for awhile. Now maybe if we get an M.A. to do so, we’ll be good.

The officers of the Club may hold more than one position, but not more than two to ensure that bias does not influence their behavior.People can hold multiple positions.. just as long as they don’t cause bias within the council. Check the constitution.
we dont really wont someone running for more than 2 exec spots. and its idel to run for a CL and a exec spot.. the more people we have that run this club the smoother it will go. we have like 6 ppl covering around 12spots right now.. not good. and as far as the bias part is we obviously not going to let the President also be the VP.
