My friend can’t connect to server or site

He’s been playing on the server as Asystole lately(steam id 0:1:5606014), and all of a sudden he couldn’t connect to the wcu css server or website. He hasn’t been banned to his or my knowledge and the last time he was on the server he disconnected normally(no lag or ban or kick). Anyone have ideas?

What kind of error is he getting? Anything, or it just won’t let him connect with no error or warning?

I’m on a proxy right now, but I assume that I’ve been blacklisted from the whole wcu system, since I can’t even go on the main western carolina university website..

The server doesnt show up in my server list, and when I connect through console it just keeps retrying.

Strange, never hadthis problem, I’m blaming it on my ISP i guess.
