After talking with previous execs and reviewing both their credentials. Here is my final decision for CLs:
CS 1.6 – Adam
CS:S – Lemm Backup: Ex
TF2 – Nathan Golder (ShatteredVoid)
L4D – Owoc Backup: Nickname
With this, I ask that everyone keep an eye out on the servers. Nathan and Gomez need to be trained, and I will list their Handle when I get them.
Now with this I present everyone with two new PC side jobs that need to be filled. I created these positions with permission of the president and I will be in charge of them until they become permanent. I will list the requirements and duties of each. To run for the position, post a reply with just the name of the position you want to run for.
Assistant Vice President of PC: As the name suggests, you’d be my assistant and help teach me everything that i need to know. In my absence, the AVP:PC (I know, sounds good) will take my place and have my responsibilities. This does not mean that I will be dumping all my work on you, trust me. This position is created to get me on the right track and for situations in which I will not be present.
Requirements: Held a previous exec position (Specify when you post to run)
Current Nominees: MasterP
PC Marketeer: This position was created to assist in repopulating the servers and getting the PCs a much needed jolt. The PCM will be to advertise the servers and to get the word around about them on campus. The PCM will NOT be advertising the LANS, only PC and PC related events.
Requirements: Live on or around campus, Willingness to walk around campus.

Update: Still getting used to posting as an exec, excuse my ignorance. This is unlocked now.
Update 2: Gomez stated that he is not the CL for L4D. The position is open.

The L4D server at least does not need a CL. That server is pretty much a “set it to go” and let it run. Just talk to Nickname and MasterP to get the proper configs set and just keep it updated.
Running for Assistant VP of PC. I’m essentially doing the job already.

Beneficial Experience: I am the one and only person who has been l4d council leader.

He told me as of noon today when I asked him to jump on that “I didn’t think I was doing it. Some freshmen got it, but if noone wants it I will take it.”
I will simply tell him someone qualified to do it has raised up and it would be better if that person was the CL.
My bad it was Owoc that I was talking to. According to the meeting minutes, he was elected to fill the position at the meeting.
If someone was elected to something at an official meeting they need to be the one that fills the position.
If there’s a student that wants to do it, they need to have priority over alumni and non-students. That’s how I set the system up. The alumni are here to teach new members how to do their roles but they should only be used to fill the roles under extreme circumstances.
Taking this random opportunity to use my “alumni” status to second that, about the alumni are here for guidance, and it should be the students filling duties if possible
