Meeting Begins and Announcement Regarding Switches
Michael Huffman began the meeting. He then announced that, thanks to Stephen Juhlin from the Japanese Animation Society, the Gaming Club is going to buy some switches.

Presidential Election
The election for the Gaming Club President was held. Michael Huffman and Brenton Barber (Shingi) were nominated. The nominees spoke to the crowd and then left the room for the vote. The results:
Kaz-Ka – 19
Shingi – 13
Michael Huffman retains the presidency.

Election of the PC Vice President
The election of the PC Vice President was held. Michael Sapp (Freezer) and Josh Daniels (Felix) were nominated. The nominees spoke to the crowd and then left the room for the vote. The results:
Felix – 11
Freezer – 16
Michael Sapp is now PC Vice President.

The election of the Secretary was held. Ephraim Freed (Bilbo T. Baggins) and Joshua Daniels were nominated. The nominees spoke to the crowd and then left the room for the vote. However, Joshua Daniels then withdrew.

The election of the Marketing Administrator was held. Joseph DeLong (Thor), Joshua Daniels, BJ Wanlund, and JJ were nominated. The nominees spoke to the crowd and then left the room for the vote. The results:

The election for Historian was held. Anne Dellinger (Hachi) and JJ were nominated. The nominees spoke to the crowd and then left the room for the vote. The results were unanimously in favor of JJ.

The election for Webmaster was held. Robert Butler was the only nominee and won by default.

Attempt at electing the Alumni Advisor
The election for the Alumni Advisor was almost held, but then it was decided that both candidates should have time to prepare a speech. The election was postponed until later in the meeting.

The election for Alumni Advisor was held. Mitchell Pate (MasterP) and Joshua Schwartz were nominated. The nominees spoke to the crowd (or had his speech read) and then left the room for the vote. After the initial tallying, several days were given to the alumni to cast their votes threw the forums. The final results:

MasterP – 18
Mitchell Pate is now Alumni Advisor.

Nominations for PC tournaments to be held at LAN 2010.1 were taken and voted upon. The results:

CounterStrike Source – 6

After the meeting, an executive order was made to add CounterStrike Source to the hosted tournaments. Guilty Gear XX, CounterStrike Source, Left 4 Dead 2, Team Fortress 2, and Warcraft 3 will be hosted at LAN 2010.1.
