Map change/vote

Can we PLEASE for the love of god have the ability to change the map to Dust2/Office/Inferno when there is hardly anyone in the server…There have been multiple times the last few nights when there have been 5 people in the server and we have not been able to RTV because there have not been enough people(6) to do it.

 

And I do not have irc on this comp at the moment, and Bitey was not responding, MasterP was not online, and evidently I am not frenz with Liam, or he doesn’t accept requests or something…so we cannot get a map change to help populate the server…

/agree completely. I know it was abused in the past but now with the strikes, i think it will be more tightly controlled than before

I was going to code this. In fact it is mostly coded, but I will not be finishing it or adding it to the server anytime soon. I don’t think there is anyone who could get me to write code for the WCU servers at this time with how I feel about it.

I understand how you feel aboot this Liam, and I don’t expect you to do anything else for this club at the moment, maybe in the future again, but you did good…(this was not supposed to look condescending of course…)

 

Anyways…I suppose this question can bring aboot another potent question…Is there anybody out there that can do some coding for the club to get a few moar things added to the sauce server?? Anyone??

So I’ve been thinking about it. I’ll code up a menu based map vote command for the admins and maybe I’ll throw a team balancer together. I have to think about the last one.

Also, since you are heading out soon, would you mind going over some of the custom coding that you have so if I get the fortitude to attempt a change I won’t be running blind?
