    I found this page

    http://ryantani.com/2009/01/10/two-die-fou…h-two-wiimotes/

It shows how you can connect two wiimotes to your pc and then play two player coop on left 4 dead hooking ur computer up to a tv…

I haven’t tried it yet but I definitely plan on it… btw I just got l4d on the 25$ sale w00t

not sure if its quite the same but i played cs:s and tf2 with a gyro mouse which is pretty much the same thing (kinda) and it was uber fail.. lol

thou since you really only need to right click in L4D, it might be fun on the wii =)

yeah i tried to do this earlier.. or at least start the process of setting it up but unfortunately my bluetooth on my laptop is not supported… i gotta buy some cheap dongle before i can even try that

I also have to find some way to connect the sensor bar… dunno much about that.. think I’ll just put that off til later.. but it’s a really cool idea if you just wanted to have Left 4 Dead as like a console game and hook it up to play 2 player campaign with one of your friends

would be cool if it didn’t cost so much extra

I did a little more reading.. and I think that the sensor bar doesn’t actually sense anything

I could be wrong but i think it’s just ten led’s in a box that are powered to blink and then the wii remote uses it and somehow knows where everything is.. so the sensor bar is just a simple marker.. if so then you could technically just leave it connected to the wii with the power turned on if you are using your tv to play it..

then all you really need is the dongle .. I’m going to try this out as soon as I can get one of those dongles

That’s what they did in the article. The wiimote uses the lights in the bar to triangulate position data that it transmits to the Wii over bluetooth.

w00t… I got the WIIMOTE WORKING!!!!!!!!

bluetooth recognizes my two wiimotes and it is in split screen and both of them can play in single player campaign!!!!!

only problem is balls is making out in the other room so i can’t go hook it up to the tv and test out the sensor bar which currently needs the wii to power it… SO IT”S NOT FULLY WORKING YET.. but I’ve made a lot of headway

That will be the next thing that i test though. When I get everything together I’ll probably write up a more simple how to than the one on the link. Even with that how-to it took me a while to figure everything out.
