Hey guys, I just got an email about some kind of incident, but it doesn’t list what happened…

Anyone have any Idea what this is about?

Investigators said that a dead bear left on a local college campus and wrapped in Obama posters was a prank gone bad.

The carcass was found on the Western Carolina University campus early Monday morning.

Initially officers believed the bear was shot in the head and worried the incident was politically and racially motivated. However, after receiving tips officers said they found the students who did it.

Officers said a total of seven students were involved. They told police they found the bear already dead on the side of the road and dumped it on the center of campus as a joke.

It appears that upon further review of the play, the bear wasn’t really a cub and wasn’t shot. I’m curious how someone saw a gunshot wound when there wasn’t one, was the bear that disfigured?

Considering it didn’t weigh more than 100 lbs I doubt it would do much more damage than a large dog.
