Participantwhy is it that on WCU the muting in the player list seems to not work? i personally don’t want to hear half the crap that people say so i try to mute them on my personal list and it doesnt do it…maybe 1 person will be muted and that’s it. it only happens to me on WCU, so i wonder if it’s my game or the server or the talk settings

ParticipantProbably has to do with how the all-talk works.

Participanthere’s something ren why is it that you have something to complain about on the wcu server just about everyday

ParticipantI talk a lot on the server because its just a pub and I enjoy talking to my pub friends
. The only people I care to mute are the ones screaming into mics and constantly playing crazy music, speaking gibberish, or enjoying a large case of mic fail.October 16, 2008 at 6:06 pm #59898ren

.@18: i wasn’t talking about you. that was fine (sort of)
it’s the people that use the mic for TOO much *edited* not related to saying where a T or CT is/where bomb is/etc

ParticipantPlayers socializing in game helps build the community and keeps new players playing longer. It helps keep people on the losing team entertained and creates a ‘fun’ atmosphere. If this were a hardcore server then I’d sympathize. However, this is for people to just hop on and enjoy themselves, hardcore or casual.

ParticipantI love when ppl mic spam whether it’s songs, screaming, or anything else…
I don’t know why but I just think it’s hilarious.
I get sad when admin mutes someone like that

I wish there was a way I could still hear them if I want to lol
