Stop it, or your ban will be extended. I have no power to unban you, so go PM someone else or something, but don’t spam the server like that or it will be upgraded.

As per the ban forum the ban has been lifted. I will repeat in this thread if PK shows any more disrespect to admins / abusing the server a perma-ban will be set.

You know I don’t normally post on stuff like this, but I think this needs to be said. I don’t agree with server spamming or idiocy anymore than the next person, but the way this guy’s case was handled on ban appeal was somewhat unreasonable. If he does it more than once don’t give him respect, but he did dumb stuff once and you guys mess with him on bans like it is a joke too you. He said sorry and it was his first offense give the little guy some slack and stop threatening perma-bans and being jerks to him. I have been in this community long enough and I really never saw crap like this before till I got a little curious and saw his ban appeal thread. I have seen a lot of club presidents in place and this was just an awful handling of this situation. (This tyrannical BS is dumb.) Just really immature conduct by administration and whether you take my opinion as reasonable or not that is fine, but that is my opinion. I have always been against abusive administration and when you talk down to people in a server like they are servants and treat them in this manner I don’t think it is very good representation of your club/school.
MasterP’s comments on the situation were awful and I even thought he was a very reasonable admin on the way he handled stuff in the past. You know maybe being on the outside looking in is different and I don’t play CS Source, but I just don’t stand for behavior of this manner from adults that are suppose to know better. :/ I really had a lot of respect for you MasterP on how you took situations lightly, but when you say stuff like “Just unban you? You don’t see why spamming is bad?” when I am pretty sure he knows it is bad, is asking to be unbanned, and saying sorry of the situation is immature. He understood his ban was for 30 minutes for spamming the server so if the 30 minutes are up don’t keep him banned and disrespect him. He did his time for the crime give it up. He does it again perma-ban him. Case closed.
Also comments from Lemm like “I’m tempted to leave the ban on for a few days but I’m not.” Seriously? Glad power has a resonance of arrogance to it. You may be club council and the higher authority and that is too be respected, but statements like that are just poor in judgement. Don’t think you are above everyone else just because you have a position of authority. Try to better your community with the responsibility you carry and not use it too your advantage.
I normally don’t say stuff like this, but I just am like wtf has happened over the years that makes you people act and treat people in this way. I know people on the servers and their issues get annoying to deal with after awhile, but that is why you took this role for WCU because you felt that you had time to dedicate to problems like these. If you don’t step down and let someone else have it. I am not saying I could do a better job, but if I volunteered for a position and decided to keep it I would make sure to treat people a little bit better than this. This is very unbecoming of a group of people I have been playing with for quite some time and have learned to love and respect. (Even if I don’t always show it. :/)
I am sorry if you don’t like what I have to say and don’t agree with it, but I just think it is a misrepresentation of your club too a mass community.
Again I apologize and I don’t hope this is misunderstood as trolling or an overzealous lash at authority. I just don’t think toying with people on ban appeals is a reasonable form of behavior from a club representing a college.

Admins have a responsibility to keep the server fair and enjoyable. If PK was being a douche, any admin action brought upon him was his own doing.

Its pretty simple. An admin asks you to stop doing something, stop doing it.
If he tells you to stop doing it, you better stop doing it.
Just to be clear – I did not ban PK. Someone banned pk about an hour before I joined the server. While I was playing, for about 15 minutes PK was trying to join with names like:
Hey Peanut
Peanut unban me
My ban was only supposed to be 30 minutes
And things similar to that. I didn’t ban him for spamming the server, I have no idea why he was banned in the first place. I was just following up in the threads because he was spamming the server DURING his ban. We have a ban appeal process, and we have a forums – which pk is active on.
To Hitz, pk went beyond just getting banned. He continued to harass admins and the server after his ban was in place. I don’t think you understood the full situation, as you wrote: “He understood his ban was for 30 minutes for spamming the server” – unless he was originally banned for spamming (which I don’t know), what I was writing about was what he was doing during his ban. However, if he was banned for 30 minutes for spamming the server, and then proceeds to spam the server for 15 minutes, during a ban, well I don’t see why that shouldn’t be upgraded to a more serious ban.

For starters, just because I have the ABILITY to unban him doesn’t mean I have the AUTHORITY to unban him. It’s Lemm’s server and having people join the server while I’m playing SPECIFICALLY to ask me to unban him automatically makes me not go the extra mile to give a *edited*. Several admins complained to me about being spammed and annoyed by others about unbanning him. Both PK and the players know that only Lemm is officially allowed to unban but they didn’t care and kept hassling every admin they could find anyway. Now had he quiety messaged me or Lemm on Steam, explained the situation, and asked for an unban we’d have confirmed the ban length and then unbanned. As soon as you start spamming or abusing the server or its admins it elevates the situation to something beyond what I can unban for, especially when people are complaining on the forums about it.
Secondly, this is by far NOT the first time PK has been in hot water with the admins here. hitz thanks for backing me up buddy this whole thing was just a *edited*ing misunderstanding and the admins actually went to far im *edited*ing glad you agree with me i just didnt want to post anything and get banned seeing they love power. to be honest this is what happened….i was banned because i said something that is not allowed to be said in the server i lagged my mic must have been down i was yelling *edited* to my roommate ex thought i was being a *edited* banned me but i lagged out so i had no idea i was banned. i made an appeal and finally ex told me why i was banned and that it was for 30 mins. i came back an hour later i was still banned so i was trying to get hold of admins no one responded to me on the forums and i saw admins in the server so i spammed to get their attention they told me to stop and i did. this whole thing was blown out of proportion i was really surprised how the admins handled it. but again thanks hitz you da man buddday

To be clear here…he was banned, ban stayed longer than should have, he messaged multiple admins(I think), and also asked people in game to get ahold of admins…I was contacted in game, told turkeyman I would look into it, told him to tell pk to stop spamming, took 10-15 minutes for him to finally stop…then I told him the people that needed to be contacted could not be contacted at the moment, and yet turkeyman(I’m assuming under the influence of PK) kept asking and asking and asking and bothering me about the ban…
Now PK, as masterP has said, this is not the first time you’ve been under scrutiny with the admins, so just quit your half assed arguments for sympathy…
