Ok so I sold my Dell so I have some extra cash and would like to upgrade my 20″ benq to something larger.
For reference, here is my desk with my current monitor (note the picture is quite old but just used for reference here) http://www.wcugaming.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=9167&view=findpost&p=44604
Here are some contenders I am looking at:
Pros: Its a Samsung
Cons: “only” 23″, has very odd resolution
Pros: Big. Dual HDMI support. 2ms response time
Cons: Speakers are likely garbage and will go unused. Not sure on the quality
ASUS VH242H Black 23.6″ 5ms HDMI Full 1080P Widescreen LCD Monitor 300 cd/m2 1000:1 (ASCR 20000:1) Built in Speakers – Retail – $189 – $10MIR = $179
Pros: Cheaper than the other 2. Has DVI and HDMI ports.
Cons: Same as the Hanns-G
I’m gonna guess 99% of the responses here will say get the Samsung but I am willing to swing the bat for any other company. Also if anyone has any other suggestions, let me know!

I just bought a 24in Dell monitor 1080p for $199. Dell monitors have surprisingly good pictures.
model/link?
I’m extremely close to buying this:

If you get the other Samsung and like it let me know.
I hate to agree with Kuros but Dell monitors are alot better than their PCs. I’d actually buy one in a not-so-parallel universe.
