I think the map rotation should only have official maps on it. What are your thoughts?

The server is doing great right now. We will not change the rotation again
why get rid of those maps?
Did you not remember just a few weeks ago how boring the servers were when we didn’t have a broad selection of maps?
my vote is NO
The server has been just fine and populated with the current rotation. This morning Westwood had 22/25 on it…at 10:30 in the morning
So we aren’t changing anything right now
These maps were doing bad the last couple of weeks but lately the server’s been really packed. Adam37 when you make the next rotation later down the road, can you include more official maps on it? =)
I don’t really like westwood and deagle that much either but i’m rather impartial when it comes down to it. HOWEVER, fy_dustworld would be an amazing addition

lol you really like that map..
we need to quit changing rotations..this messes the server up..maybe only 2-4 major rotation changes a year..as soon as we change rotation server dips down in pop..learn to get good with deegl or nyfe on deagle5 plz…LOOT.

exactly, i really dont see a point in changing the rotation so much, if its a real concern and effecting population then deagle5 might be considered for removal
Changing the rotation every 2-3 months isn’t changing it “so much”. I think it would be more silly to have the same rotation for half a year. That just screams out boredom!
IMO, if you’re not bored of CS yet anyways, there’s something wrong with you. We’ve all been playing the same maps for years now, it’s not really a big deal. Play maps that people want to play aka ferno, d2, nuke, train, office, ETC. No need to change up the rotation completely. Add like 1-2 new maps in everyone few months, but keep it generally the same.
We have a rotation that is working now..leave it until you actually notice a significant drop in the server population and then fix it.
Not that I play 1.6(yes, not always *edited*) THAT often, but when I do, the wcu rotation is certainly one of the better ones…Like lockEm said, play maps PEOPLE want to play.
It’s the same concept with the sauce server, people *edited* and moan about the rotation, but have no good answers for a new one, or just want to play maps that empty the server in the long run…
As long as west and deag aren’t emptying the server, I would say keep them. And yes I am going to try to play this silly game moar…
Okay server rank on gametracker has dropped from 93rd to 83rd. Now can we get rid of de_westwood?

Deagle5 likes to crash the server if too many people are in when it switches TO deagle5.
It’s happened two nights in a row now. Though it could be coincidence I haven’t seen it crash like that changing to other maps.

Its been happening for a week now…i thought it was my comp which is why i didnt say anything but after repeated crashes and other people saying it…it has to go or get looked into and fixd… I love the map but if it cant get fixed I suggest sacking it.
as for italy-it was on the server for a very long time but after awhile poeople got sick of it and it being t-sided… so it was removed, I would like to see it back.
Sorry guys, hopefully ill be able to do the summer map list change soon. I’m still in the process of moving/working/other stuff

CS isn’t & shouldn’t be a top priority in life. Was just letting whoever know, for when they did get the time.
